He was the sport’s 53rd Yokozuna (Highest ranking in the art of Sumo) and appears in the James Bond film “You Only Live Twice”, as one of the wrestlers fighting in front of James Bond and Aki. In the sequence, Masakatsu wins the fight and beats Fujinishiki Akira.

A rare James Bond related autograph and highly prized amongst Sumo collectors.
